Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Wastewater Compliance Specialist for a client in Decatur, GA. The role focuses on supporting Consent Decree compliance activities, tracking Sanitary Sewer Overflows, coordinating across departments, and ensuring regulatory reporting is accurate and timely.

The position offers Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire hybrid work, requiring 3 days onsite at the client site and 2 days remote. Candidates with 3–5 years of wastewater experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of technical experience supporting wastewater collection or conveyance systems
• Working knowledge of wastewater infrastructure, sanitary sewer systems, and regulatory compliance programs
• Proficient in MS Office products
• Experienced using Cityworks or equivalent management software

Responsibilities

• Provide program support for wastewater Consent Decree compliance activities, with a focus on tracking the lifecycle of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs).

You will provide program support for wastewater Consent Decree compliance activities, with a focus on tracking the lifecycle of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs), coordinating activities across multiple departments and project teams, monitoring regulatory reporting requirements, and supporting technical reporting. This role will also serve as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership to ensure compliance-related activities are documented, communicated, and resolved on time.

This is a Temp-to-Perm or Direct HireHybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite at the client site and 2 days remote. Temp-to-Perm or Direct hire depends on the candidate.
