Job summary

Graham & Associates Inc. in Tucker, GA is seeking a Compliance Support Specialist to provide program support for wastewater Consent Decree compliance activities.

You will track the lifecycle of SSOs, coordinate across departments, monitor regulatory reporting, and assist with technical reporting and client communications. This role serves as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership, ensuring timely resolution of compliance-related activities and maintaining robust project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of technical experience supporting wastewater collection or conveyance systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status of assigned SSOs to ensure each event is investigated, documented, and resolved per Consent Decree requirements.
• Coordinate workflow and task handoffs between multiple departments and project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Identify project delays, process gaps, or compliance issues and elevate concerns to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with document management procedures and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports by gathering, organizing, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, databases, and compliance records.
• Communicate with clients to provide project updates and develop collaborative solutions.
• Present project findings and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and edit investigation reports, regulatory submissions, and technical memoranda.
• Support continuous process improvements that enhance program efficiency and compliance.
