Job summary

TechniPower, Inc. seeks a Wastewater Compliance Specialist to support Consent Decree programs and track SSOs lifecycle. You will coordinate across departments and prepare regulatory reports for municipal clients.

Hybrid role in Georgia: 3 days on-site at the client location and 2 days remote. Bachelor’s in engineering or related field with 3–5 years of wastewater exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of technical experience supporting wastewater collection or conveyance systems.
• Working knowledge of wastewater infrastructure, sanitary sewer systems, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Experienced using Cityworks or equivalent management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support for wastewater Consent Decree compliance activities.
• Track the lifecycle of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs).
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments and project teams.
• Monitor regulatory reporting requirements and support technical reporting.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership to document, communicate, and resolve compliance-related activities on time.

You will provide program support for wastewater Consent Decree compliance activities, with a focus on tracking the lifecycle of Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs), coordinating activities across multiple departments and project teams, monitoring regulatory reporting requirements, and supporting technical reporting. This role will also serve as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership to ensure compliance-related activities are documented, communicated, and resolved on time.

This is a Temp-to-Perm or Direct HireHybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite at the client site and 2 days remote. Temp-to-Perm or Direct hire depends on the candidate.
