Job summary

The City of Brentwood is seeking a dedicated Wastewater Collection System Worker to join the Public Works team. You will support maintenance and operation of the wastewater network and collaborate with peers to ensure service reliability across the community.

A successful candidate will have knowledge of wastewater systems, basic construction skills, and the ability to obtain a Class A license and CWEA certification within the stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or better.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in wastewater collection systems, storm drains, or plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and operation of wastewater collection systems.
• Assist with general plumbing tasks and traffic control knowledge.
• Pursue required licenses and CWEA certification within specified timeframes.
