100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Collection Systems Maintenance Specialist to service Wilson and Williamson Counties in Middle Tennessee. You will operate, maintain, and repair pumps, motors, and valves, and conduct line locates and inspections to keep neighborhoods safe and functional.

We value hands-on problem solving, safety, and reliability. A HS diploma is required with a wastewater license after 1 year; some experience with decentralized wastewater is a plus.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required.
• Ability to operate mechanical and electrical equipment safely.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair pumps, motors, and valves.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and repair leaks or failures.
• Perform line locates and tank inspections; support treatment sites.
