Job summary

HDR is seeking a Wastewater BIM Modeler to join our Madison/Milwaukee team. You will produce Revit process mechanical drawings, build comprehensive BIM models, and deliver digital outputs for municipal and industrial wastewater projects.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate coordination and compliance with project standards. The role emphasizes BIM discipline modeling, 3D coordination, and using Dynamo/Grasshopper to automate tasks while maintaining high model

Qualifications

Technical degree or 3+ years related industry experience.
Proficiency with 3D design software and document management.
Experience with 3D coordination tools and BIM standards.
Excellent communication, detail orientation, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Produce Revit process mechanical drawings and BIM models for wastewater projects.
Create discipline models, systems, content, and digital delivery output.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, diagrams, and documentation.
Maintain discipline models with project information, coordinates, scales, and views.
Collaborate with project teams and review markups for BIM deliverables.
Ensure ISO 19650 compliance and manage information processes.
Use Dynamo/Grasshopper to automate tasks and optimize workflows.
Perform clash detection with Navisworks and coordinate across disciplines.
