Qualifications

• Experienced plant operator with CITB/CPCS/NPORS certification or equivalent.
• Willing to join the site team to exceed standards.
• Flexible to cover holidays and sick days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and efficient operation and use of fixed machinery.
• Complete pre-operational safety and operator checks.
• Carry out daily checks and maintenance of mobile plant and equipment.
• Ensure deliveries follow site licence and proper paperwork is completed.
• Direct customer vehicles to disposal areas and assist with off-loading.
• Inspect incoming products against site Waste Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure compliance with export requirements such as photos and seals.
• Assist Sampling Operatives with collection of output samples.
• Maintain a clean, tidy site and support end-of-shift duties.
• Contribute to lean and 5S activities to keep work area organized.
