Job summary

SUEZ in the United States is seeking a dedicated driver to collect industrial and commercial waste from customer sites, ensuring waste is collected safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

You will operate a variety of vehicles and receive full training to develop the skills needed to perform the role confidently and safely, with a long-term career path in a leading environmental services company. Experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 or Class 1 licence.
• Driver CPC card required.
• Digital Tachograph card required.
• Commitment to safe and compliant driving.

Job description

What will I be doing?

You'll be responsible for collecting Industrial and Commercial Waste from a range of customer sites, ensuring waste is collected safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.

This role includes operating a variety of vehicles, including:

• Box trucks
• Dust carts
• Roll-On Roll-Off (RORO) vehicles
• Front End Loaders (FEL) vehicles
• Top loader (Split body) vehicles
• Skip Loaders

Experience operating these vehicle types is beneficial, but not essential. Full training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to perform the role confidently and safely.

What are the requirements?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence or Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
• A valid Driver CPC card
• A valid Digital Tachograph card
• A good understanding of safe and compliant driving practices

Experience operating multiple vehicle types such as box trucks, dust carts, RORO or FEL vehicles is beneficial, but not required
