Reworld is seeking a Plant Superintendent to lead the Mass Burn Unit at a state-of-the-art waste-to-energy facility. You will oversee daily operations, drive reliability, safety, and environmental compliance while guiding a skilled operations team.

Qualifications

Experience supervising operations in power generation or waste-to-energy environments preferred.
ASME QRO Provisional Certification within six months of employment is required.
ASME QRO Operator Certification within twelve months of employment is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor operations personnel on a daily basis.
Lead cross-department initiatives to improve plant performance and reliability.
Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory adherence across the facility.
Coordinate training programs and develop new programs as needed.
Communicate effectively with operations and maintenance teams about equipment status.
Oversee readiness for emergencies and execute the facility's emergency response plan.
