Job summary

Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Technical Services Representative to profile hazardous and non-hazardous waste, coordinate approvals, transportation, and billing. You will support Inside Sales, billing, and administrative tasks for Tacoma operations and report to Technical Services management.

Responsibilities include safety, customer liaison, data entry in NetSuite and EOS systems, quotes, scheduling, and reporting; strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication; highly responsive and detail-oriented.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Waste LINQ; able to interpret operational and pricing data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and service coordination, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams.
• Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, transportation, and environmental field services.
• Provide inside sales and technical support; assist with proposal development, presentations, and sales materials.
