Qualifications

• 2+ years in complex B2B sales.
• Live within the territory and have reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RCRA and DOT regulation training/understanding preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships in environmental/waste-management contracts.
• Customer-focused with strategic selling, analysis and project planning skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; Salesforce proficient.

• Prioritize Health & Safety by adhering to environmental and regulatory practices.
• Use insight-driven selling to educate customers on waste-management challenges.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth across multi-site accounts.
• Coach stakeholders and build consensus for Clean Harbors solutions.
• Research prospective organizations to identify key stakeholders to engage.
• Strengthen relationships through contract oversight and service delivery follow-up.
• Propose, negotiate, and close profitable environmental services contracts.
• Prospect and develop new Technical Services accounts using target analysis.
