Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Waste Scheduler to manage waste pickup scheduling requests nationwide, coordinating with Sales, Operations and Logistics to ensure timely service. The role requires 2+ years in customer experience or office settings and preferred experience in environmental waste.

Waste Scheduler As a Waste Scheduler you will receive and coordinate waste pickup scheduling requests and calls from customers, Customer Experience team members, and Arcwood personnel nationwide. You will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient coordination and timely service and facilitate clear communication across departments to address scheduling needs and support seamless waste collection operations.
