Job summary

ESFM USA is hiring a full-time Trash Technician at Kraft Heinz in Springfield, MO. The role involves collecting, transporting, and disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials following safety protocols. Schedule options include Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, or a night shift 10:00 pm–6:00 am.

No experience is required and training is provided. The base pay is $17.50 per hour, with opportunities for full-time benefits and advancement within ESFM’s facilities management team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, transports, and disposes of trash, chemicals, and bio-hazardous materials using proper safety procedures.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; properly operates cleaning equipment as designated.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
