Job summary

ESFM, the corporate IFM division of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a full-time Trash Technician at Kraft Heinz in Springfield, MO. The role collects, transports, and disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials following safety protocols.

No experience is required; training will be provided. Work schedules include Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday or 10:00 pm - 6:00 am, with a fixed pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have physical ability to walk, stand and push trash containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Collects, transports, and properly disposes of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
• Performs cleaning functions as assigned; operates cleaning equipment.
• Recognizes safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
