Compass Group USA's ESFM division is hiring a full-time janitor at Kraft Heinz, 1951 East Meadowmere Street, Springfield, MO 65804. You will perform routine cleaning, maintain a safe and orderly environment, and support infection control initiatives where needed.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position offers a Sunday–Thursday schedule, 9:30 am–6:00 pm, with a pay range of $16.50 to $17.00 per hour and comprehensive ESFM benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary. Willing to train!
• Keeps buildings clean and orderly. Performs heavy cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floors following approved procedures.
• Cleans assigned areas with cleaning materials and equipment.
• Washes walls, windows and surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
• Completes tasks as assigned by supervisor.
