Job summary

The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL seeks a maintenance worker to keep waste disposal areas clean, safe, and orderly while assisting the landscape and maintenance teams.

You will operate a front-end loader and a forklift, drive gasoline or diesel trucks, and complete daily logs. A high school diploma and a valid Florida driver’s license are required.

The role involves lifting up to 80 lbs, following directions, and performing general maintenance across the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience operating gasoline/diesel trucks, forklift, and front-end loaders.
• Current and valid Florida driver's license; insurable under company policy.
• Previous waste/garbage disposal experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Must be able to operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Must be able to lift up to 80lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly waste disposal area(s).
• Load waste into trash dump truck with front end loader.
• Make daily trips as needed to the county dump site.
• Assist landscape department and maintenance shop in related tasks.
• Dispose of trash and recyclable products in community buildings; follow disposal protocol.
• Complete daily log sheets and work orders; account for materials used.
