Job summary

Augment in Cadillac, MI is seeking Driver Helpers to support the driver on waste and recycling routes. This full-time, outdoor role keeps neighborhoods clean and the operation running smoothly. You will lift and load containers, ride along on routes, and communicate any issues to the driver or supervisor.

Training is provided; background check and drug screening are required. Enjoy an active, outdoor work environment with weekly pay and steady hours.

Qualifications

• Dependable and ready to work early morning shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and move on your feet for extended periods.
• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Prior experience in general labor, warehouse, construction, or landscaping is a plus—but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Ride along designated routes to assist the driver with pickups.
• Lift and load waste and recycling containers onto the truck.
• Operate the lifting mechanism (when trained) to empty bins.
• Walk and move quickly from stop to stop—this is a physically active role!
• Ensure all materials are collected safely and professionally.
• Help keep the vehicle clean and communicate any route issues to the driver or supervisor.
