Job summary

WM (Waste Management) in Minnesota is hiring a Plant Associate to unload waste from incoming vehicles, decontaminate containers, and stage material for scanning and processing. You'll operate the Biotrack system and the conveyor line, ensuring safe, accurate handling.

This safety-sensitive role requires about 1 year of plant experience and a preferred valid driver’s license. The base pay is $19.71 per hour, with overtime as needed; WM offers benefits, a boot allowance, training, and career

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience, preferably in plant environment
• Preferred Qualifications: Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Unload waste from incoming vehicles
• Separate non-autoclavable waste for incineration
• Stage waste on conveyor or stack for scanning in Biotrack
• Scan waste into Biotrack for recordkeeping
• Load autoclave bins or incinerator hopper
• Decontaminate vehicle cargo area and reload reusable tubs
• Operate tub wash line and tub wash sprayer
• Ensure floor cleanliness and address spills promptly
• Inform supervisor when vehicle is ready to move
• Other duties as assigned
