Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and balancing receipts.
• Familiarity with computers and common software programs.

Responsibilities

• Determine the content of material entering the facility to bill the customer.
• Accept or reject waste loads based on content and advise on alternatives when needed.
• Receive payments from customers and provide receipts.
• Balance daily receipts and deposit them into the safe depository.
• Document waste entries using truck scales and computer systems; track volumes.
• Notify operations about special waste and coordinate processing of required paperwork.
• Answer incoming calls and provide general information to callers.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
