Qualifications

• Education and Experience – High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year with medium trucks preferred.
• Must possess valid Georgia CDL with Class B endorsement.
• Willingness to operate heavy equipment and perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Service Workers on a truck route.
• Operate rear loader garbage truck and open-body dump truck for refuse collection.
• Drive assigned route and inspect vehicles daily.
• Perform pre/post-route vehicle checks and maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and fuel/dump at shift end.
• Report mechanical problems and safety issues to supervisors.
