WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate heavy machinery at our recycling facility, landfill, or transfer station. You will transfer, spread, cover, load and/or compact waste or soil efficiently while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years prior related experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Good time management to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspection of equipment and operate various machines safely.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and maintain equipment readiness.
• Document minor service on equipment and report needed repairs.
