Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in management or supervision in waste industry preferred.
• Ability to multi task and lead teams.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and DOT medical card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage division operations and staff.
• Oversee budgeting and financial planning.
• Develop relationships with municipalities and customers.
• Recruitment and staff development.
• Ensure policy compliance and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional VP on goals.
