Job summary

This role requires basic vehicle inspections, map reading, and adherence to safety rules, with potential supervision of lower-level operators. Texas CDL is required and a high school diploma or GED is essential.

Qualifications

• Operation of solid waste collection equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate trash collection or recycling vehicles and related equipment.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Pick up trash, brush, litter, and recycling materials.
• Read maps and route sheets to locate destinations.
• Maintain vehicle records and report safety concerns.
• Complete assigned routes safely and efficiently.
