Job summary

A & Associates is seeking eager and professional candidates to join as Waste Collector Helpers on a full-time and part-time basis. The role involves collecting residential and commercial refuse, working on designated routes, and supporting the crew with related duties on a daily basis.

Under supervision, you will perform heavy manual labor with recyclables and yard trash, outdoors, across weather conditions, and closely with a truck crew responsible for disposal and recycling operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and handle 50 pounds.
• Able to use simple hand tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Collects residential and commercial refuse on designated routes.
• Performs curbside pickup in residential areas.
• Assists truck operator in off-loading and in fueling/checking fluids.
• Performs routine cleaning of trucks at route end.
