Job summary

A & Associates is seeking motivated Waste Collector Helpers to join our Arkansas routes. Under direct supervision, you will collect residential and commercial refuse and assist on daily routes, including curbside pickups and yard trash collection.

Expect early hours and outdoor work on a team-driven crew. We require an eighth grade education, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to work four 10‑hour days plus holidays, performing tasks in all weather conditions and maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Eighth grade. Must be able to lift and handle 50 pounds and work four ten-hour days and all holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform heavy manual labor.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs waste, recyclable, and yard trash pickup at designated locations. Conduct curbside pickups as assigned.
• Rides with the truck to disposal centers and assists in off-loading and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist truck driver with fueling and checking fluid levels; maintain cleanliness of truck cab and equipment.
