• Operates a large sanitation truck and other heavy equipment on assigned residential/commercial routes.
• Follows a specified daily route sequence and uses hydraulic lifting and packing machinery safely.
• Collects waste, debris, and recyclables while ensuring legal load limits and traffic safety.
• Communicates with the public about collection services and ordinances as needed.
• Completes daily report forms on vehicle and route sheets and performs routine vehicle inspections.
