Qualifications

• State of Texas CDL Class B.
• Available for emergency response and catastrophic weather events.
• Available for after hour support as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate solid waste collection equipment on daily routes, ensuring safety of people and property.
• Check daily work assignments and maintain route sheet; notify customers of collection issues.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; ensure mobile camera system works.
• Document new customer accounts and verify service in routing system.
• Report injuries or incidents to supervisor.
• Participate in safety, environmental compliance, and hazardous waste training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
