Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential/recycling collection truck on scheduled routes, loading waste and recyclables.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required paperwork.
• Load and compact waste, ensure route quality and safety adherence on all trips.
• Identify and report mechanical issues, communicate with supervisor and mechanics.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and adhere to safety standards and company policies.
• Assist with routing efficiency improvements and occasional overtime as needed.
