Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and complete tasks timely and safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical duties and adhere to routes/schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking up and transporting waste safely according to regulations.
• Perform manual cleaning including sweeping, graffiti removal, and pressure washing.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and secure handling of materials.
• Provide high level of customer service to assigned accounts daily.
• Report issues to supervisor for resolution and potential route changes.
