Job summary

Kept Companies Inc. is recruiting for a pressure washing technician to service residential and commercial properties across our markets. You will operate and maintain PW equipment, prep surfaces and remove contaminants while upholding safety standards.

This hands-on role requires physical fitness, a valid driver's license, and reliability to work weekends when needed. We offer comprehensive health benefits and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience with pressure washing equipment and techniques (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Physical ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Must pass a background check and DMV record check.
• Must be able to work weekends, if needed.
