Job summary

Reworld is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations, analyze materials, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves sample preparation, analysis, and reporting results with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced lab environment. On-site shift Mon-Fri with occasional Sundays, and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Lab experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of the waste industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze samples according to established protocols.
• Calculate and report analytical results accurately and promptly.
• Assist with general lab housekeeping and sample disposal.
• Clean glassware to meet analytical cleanliness standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work areas used during the shift.
• Follow Waste Analysis Plan and Chemical Hygiene Plan.
• Communicate technical information effectively both orally and in writing.
• Work with instrumentation including GC, ICP, and Calorimeter.
