PBS Corp. is seeking an LABA/Program Manager to oversee and coordinate high-quality ABA service delivery across regional teams. You will ensure continuity of care, staff development, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards.

The role requires active state licensure, a BA/BS plus significant ABA field experience, and supervised experience under Washington regulatory guidelines. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree and 1000 field work hours in ABA.
• 135 classroom hours in behavior analysis topics.
• Supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.
• WAC compliance with licensure requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and policy compliance.
• Manage scheduling, time off, and staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed on time.
• Monitor and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards with licensure requirements.

LABA/Program Manager Overview

LABA/Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged to apply!

Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
