PBS Corp. is seeking an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery for assigned clients. You will coordinate with regional teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with licensure and organizational standards.

You will mentor supervisees, supervise scheduling, and ensure timely documentation, contributing to professional growth and adherence to ethical guidelines across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with fieldwork in ABA as required credentials.
• Experience designing or overseeing behavior modification services.
• Complete specified WAC 246-805-210/220/230 requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of program implementation and service delivery for clients.

LABA/Program Manager Overview

LABA/Program Managers at PBS Corp. are responsible for overseeing and coordinating high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care, and supporting the professional growth of their teams. Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
