PBS Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role requires clinical judgment, leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include coordinating regional teams, ensuring quality, and maintaining compliance with state regulations. Flexible scheduling and hybrid work options may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ABA or related field required
• Minimum 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
• Graduate from program under WAC 246-805-210 required
• Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230 required

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements

Individuals in this role must demonstrate strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and a commitment to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Required Credentials

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree, 1000 field work hours and one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, which involves designing and/or providing oversight for behavior modification intervention services.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s degree program under WAC 246-805-210. Complete at least 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics described in WAC 246-805-220.
• Complete a supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.
