Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of eight years licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Ability to practice from the firm’s Vancouver, WA office.
• Experience managing legal matters, deadlines, client communications, and written work product with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Washington matters through all stages, including foreclosures, litigation, and creditor-rights matters.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal work product; review for accuracy.
• Appear in court hearings, mediations, and required appearances.
• Coordinate with local and opposing counsel, trustees, courts, and third parties.
• Maintain case notes, calendars, and client reporting with timely updates.
• Record billable time accurately and promptly.
