Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of practice in law, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law.
• Licensure: Admission to practice law in Oregon and/or Washington.
• Residency: Must reside in Oregon.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage judicial and non-judicial foreclosure actions from inception to completion.
• Prepare case analyses and advise clients on strategies.
• Draft court pleadings and defenses of motions.
• Attend court hearings (telephonic and in-person).
• Base Pay: $81,858.00 - $148,728.00 per year.
