Job summary

You will work with a dynamic team, handling a high-volume caseload while staying current on laws and industry trends to protect clients’ interests and achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (Bar admission).
• 3–5 years of experience as an attorney specializing in creditor rights, foreclosure, eviction, mortgage, and loan servicer.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and administrative hearings related to foreclosure and eviction cases.
• Provide legal advice on creditor rights, mortgage, and loan servicer matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents to protect clients' interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies and coordinate complex litigation matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and trends affecting creditor rights.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines with high-quality work.
