Base pay range

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties as a Porter
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
• Buff and polish floors using appropriate equipment
• Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Experience:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
