Description

Responsibilities

1. Cleaning common areas.
2. Taking out trash and recycling.
3. Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
4. Reporting safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a manager.
5. Ensuring adequate building supplies.
6. Helping residents with deliveries (groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
7. Assisting with emergency response services (e.g., sidewalk snow removal).
8. Operating compactor equipment.
9. Operating equipment such as floor buffer/polisher, snow blower, pressure washer, etc.
10. Maintaining outdoor grounds and exterior windows.
11. Providing five-star service to residents and guests.
12. Acting as a point of contact for residents and guests.
13. Handling requests like transportation arrangements, property information, directions, etc.
14. Receiving and distributing packages, dry-cleaning, documents, and other items.
15. Following security protocols by checking in/out visitors, vendors, contractors, etc.
16. Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Preferred

Prior experience as a porter/concierge in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus. Basic knowledge of building systems, computers, and community operations is preferred. Multilingual skills are a plus!
This is a part-time relief position with the following schedule:

• Thursday 11:00PM-7:00AM
• Saturday & Sunday 9:00AM-3:00PM

Please note, this is a non-union position. Pay ranges from $22.34 to $29.79 per hour depending on experience. Apply now!
