Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States is looking for a 4th shift manufacturing associate to set up, operate and monitor vial washers and component sterilizers. You will follow SOPs, GMPs and safety rules, document properly, and restock supplies while maintaining batch records.

Must be able to lift 20 lb pans, perform basic math, read instructions clearly, and communicate effectively with the team. Competitive hourly pay plus benefits and potential overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good communication and documentation skills required.
• Comprehends basic math, reading and basic mechanical adjustments.
• Must be able to lift successive vial pans weighing approximately 20 lbs.
• Must be able to lift, bend, and reach while palletizing vial pans weighing approximately 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operation and performance of all vial washers and component sterilizers.
• Loads vials onto vial washer infeed and monitors washing progress.
• Performs changeovers of vial washer per production schedule.
• Follows SOPs/GMPs/safety requirements and documents activities.
• Restocks production supplies and maintains batch records per SOP.
• Verifies sterilizer cycles and loads applicable sterilizers as needed.
• Performs daily/weekly area cleaning and waste labeling.
• Overtime as needed.

Job Summary

4th Shift is 6 AM to 6:30 PM on Saturday/Sunday + 1 Weekday assigned by supervisor

Hourly Range: $16.85 - 18.72/hour

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the set-up, operation and performance of all vial washers and component sterilizers. Operates all equipment used in these areas efficiently, safely, and consistently.
• Loads glass and plastic vials onto vial washer infeed and monitors performance of washing progress.
• Performs changeover of vial washer as required per production schedule.
• Performs tasks requested by supervision.
• Wears appropriate safety equipment (i.e., safety glasses/shoes).
• Adheres to mid-level gowning requirements.
• Follows all required SOPs/GMPs/safety requirements during execution of daily duties.
• Responsible for good documentation practices.
• Responsible for restocking production supplies.
• Assures that the batch record folder is correctly documented, and that all checks are performed per SOP
• Verify and check the sterilizer cycle according to the SOP Standards.
• Load applicable sterilizers as necessary.
• Responsible for support equipment after the completion of the production run.
• Performs the daily and weekly cleaning of the area as specified in the SOP.
• Accurately separates and labels any waste.
• Overtime as needed.
