Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the wash system to support production, efficiency, and uptime goals.
• Monitor product infeed and outfeed and make operational adjustments to maintain consistent plant performance.
• Perform product specification and quality testing to ensure finished product meets established standards.
• Operate heavy equipment to safely and efficiently feed material into the wash system.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process flow issues.
• Assist with basic to intermediate maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Communicate with team members to support safe and efficient operations.
