Job summary

Jasper Engine Exchange, Inc. is seeking a Wash Booth Operator to clean and prep motor components for inspection, repair, or remanufacturing. You will operate pressure-washing equipment, move parts with an overhead crane, and use handheld tools to support daily production tasks.

Jasper Electric Motor Wash Booth Operator Job Overview: The Washroom Operator is responsible for cleaning and preparing motor components for inspection, repair, or remanufacturing. This role involves operating pressure-washing equipment, moving components using an overhead crane, and utilizing handheld tools to support daily production activities. The successful candidate will maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following established quality and safety procedures.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00am to 4:00pm) On call rotating schedule for after hours, holidays, and weekends

Qualifications

The ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs

The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (9-10 hours)

The ability to use handheld tools such as wrenches, scrapers, hammers, chisels, etc.

Standing: Frequently

Walking: Frequently

Sitting: Occasionally

Stooping (forward leaning): Occasionally

Reaching/Working Overhead: Frequently
