Job summary

Superior Linen Service, Inc. is seeking a production associate to operate the laundry line. The role includes loading soiled linen into washers, setting machine formulas, and unloading for transport to the dryer area.

You will assist with lifting and moving linen throughout the plant while meeting daily performance targets. The position requires working in a production environment with physical demands and the ability to consistently achieve performance goals. Monday-Friday work hours are 6 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Unload dried linen and move it to the appropriate area of the plant.

Washer: Employee will load soiled linen into the washer and set the correct formula for the machine. When the washer has completed the cycles, the employee will unload the washer and transport the linen to the dryer area.

Washer: Employee will load soiled linen into the washer and set the correct formula for the machine. When the washer has completed the cycles, the employee will unload the washer and transport the linen to the dryer area.
Dryer: Employee will use a lift to bring the clean wet linen up on a rail system. The linen will then be loaded into the dryer and select the correct dryer setting. After the employee will then unload the linen and move the linen to the correct area of the plant.
The employee in this role must be able to function in a production environment, meeting certain physical criteria, and attaining performance level goals on a consistent basis. The hours are Monday-Friday 6 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
