Objetivo del Puesto:

El Técnico en el Área de Garantía será responsable de diagnosticar, reparar, verificar y resolver los problemas relacionado a la inspección de las piezas. Este rol tiene como objetivo asegurar la satisfacción del cliente mediante la inspección en el laboratorio de las piezas o equipos llevados por los técnicos. siguiendo los procedimientos y políticas establecidas por la empresa.

Responsabilidades

Diagnóstico de Fallas

• Identificar y evaluar las fallas mediante la inspección de tarjetas, motores, compresores o cualquier defecto de los productos que los técnicos lleven a inspeccionar.
• Utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico para determinar la causa raíz de las averías o problemas.

Reparación y Sustitución De Componentes

• Realizar reparaciones o sustituciones de partes defectuosas de los productos, utilizando las piezas de repuesto adecuadas.
• Asegurarse de que las reparaciones se realicen conforme a los estándares de calidad y seguridad de la empresa.
• Sera responsable de verificar, hacer Scrap de máquinas que lleven al laboratorio o al área del almacén

Atención Al Cliente

• Interactuar con los clientes o técnicos que han solicitado servicios del laboratorio de garantía, brindándoles información clara sobre el estado de la pieza que llevo al laboratorio.
• Proporcionar soluciones eficaces y satisfactorias dentro de los plazos establecidos.
• Proporcionar orientación al técnico cuando llame para asesoría mediante llamada telefónica.

Gestión De Documentación

• Mantener registros detallados de las reparaciones y los servicios prestados, asegurando que se cumpla con los procedimientos.
• Responsable de complementar la hoja de inspección.

Cumplimiento De Normativas

• Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y externas en cuanto a los procedimientos de garantía y las regulaciones de seguridad.

Requerimientos Fisicos

• Mientras realiza las tareas de este trabajo, es posible que se requiera que el empleado se siente, se pare regularmente, se agache y realice instalaciones.
• Debe ser capaz de levantar y transportar hasta 50 libras y cumplir con las normas de OSHA.

Educación

• Mínimo Curso Técnico de Refrigueración
• Licencia y Colegiación de Refrigueración
