Job summary

Blue Compass RV is recruiting a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty processes across multiple locations. The role covers submitting pre-authorizations, recalls checks, and maintaining current work order statuses. You will handle daily claims and coordinate with the Warranty Market Manager to balance workload and progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Warranty Process in a timely manner for all assigned locations.
• Submit daily pre-authorizations, including recalls check and escalation of denials.
• Update daily work orders with authorization information and current statuses.
• Submit daily Claims and create parts labels for return.
• Coordinate with Warranty Market Manager daily on workload and progress.
• Uphold Blue Compass standards of excellence, core values and culture.
