Qualifications

• Minimum experience in residential plumbing service and repair.
• Experience with new construction plumbing and warranty work preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues under warranty.
• Repair leaks, fixtures, drains, water heaters and other components.
• Respond promptly to warranty service calls.
• Communicate with homeowners, builders, and supervisors.
• Document repairs and report recurring issues.
• Ensure work meets codes, safety standards and quality.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
