Job summary

Ancla Plumbing is building a residential home-service operation and seeks a hands-on Warranty & Service Manager who owns the process from initial contact to closeout.

You will coach call-center staff and technicians, track performance with dashboards, and ensure proper documentation, claims, and RMA workflows.

This role rewards initiative, ownership, and the ability to turn data into action, with room to shape reporting, training, and the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong technology literacy and comfort with professional email, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Data-driven operator who tracks service metrics and translates them into action.
• Coach, not just supervisor: provide specific feedback to improve performance.
• High ownership: build follow-up systems and finish what you start.
• Strong customer judgment: de-escalate issues and protect relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own warranty cases from initial contact through documentation, repair, RMA, and closeout.
• Capture photos, failed materials, and documentation for product failures or damage claims.
• Track service and warranty performance with dashboards and reports; drive action.
• Coach call-center agents on bookings, pricing objections, and safety escalations.
• Coach technicians on close rate, communication, scripts, and missed opportunities.
• Lead early-morning huddles to review difficult jobs and lessons from the previous day.
• Drive a consistent Google-review process and monitor review activity.
