Ancla Plumbing is building a residential home-service operation and seeks a hands-on Warranty & Service Manager who owns the process end-to-end. You will manage warranty cases, coach the call-center and technicians, and drive a data-driven service cadence across documented workflows.

The role requires ownership, strong communication, and the ability to turn numbers into action, with a focus on improving reporting, training, and the customer experience as the service division grows.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technology literacy and ability to use email, spreadsheets, dashboards.
• Data-driven operator who tracks service metrics.
• Coach rather than supervise; provides feedback to improve performance.
• High ownership; builds follow-up systems and finishes what you start.
• Strong customer judgment; de-escalates issues and protects relationships.
• Residential plumbing or home-service leadership experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own warranty cases from initial contact to final closeout.
• Capture photos, failed materials, forms and documentation for claims.
• Track service and warranty performance with dashboards and reports.
• Coach call-center agent on bookings, price objections, and safety escalation.
• Coach service technicians on close rate and communication.
• Lead early-morning technician huddles to review jobs and priorities.
• Drive Google-review process and monitor activity.
• Own customer recovery when a negative review appears and prevent repeats.
• Use Excel, dashboards, Zendesk and other software confidently.
