Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Warranty Support Quality Engineer for the Grand Prairie Breaker Plant (1st shift), onsite in Grand Prairie, TX. The role focuses on evaluating, repairing, and testing returns (RMAs) of low voltage circuit breakers, with travel as needed to support warranty activities at Siemens facilities or customer sites.

You will perform testing to standards, identify nonconformances, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and possibly international travel.
• Understand EHS guidelines for electrical/mechanical testing.
• Experience with basic electrical tools and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, repair, and test returns (RMAs) of low voltage circuit breakers in lab and on-site.
• Perform testing per standards, checklists, and customer requirements.
• Identify nonconformances and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Communicate with clients in a customer-service oriented manner and support warranty efforts.
• Represent Siemens onsite at Mayfield facility; travel on short notice as needed.
• Collaborate with production to implement process improvements and train staff.
