Zusammenfassung

Ipsen USA seeks a QA Tech I to operate Ipsen’s warranty claim system from initial submission to final resolution and oversee the warranty RMA process within the QDW Department.

You will review claims, verify eligibility, coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Service, generate replacement orders, and contribute to QA documentation and continuous process improvements in an ISO environment.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Syteline.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Ability to learn complex OEM components including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use industry software to identify correct warranty components.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency in warranty orders.
• Basic understanding of quality management systems and auditing principles.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a team environment.

Aufgaben

• Review claims with failure mode, operating conditions, and maintenance history.
• Verify eligibility including product coverage, warranty period, and sale terms.
• Evaluate claim details for completeness and accuracy.
• Participate in technical reviews with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or Service.
• Coordinate with QA Engineer to approve/deny claims.
• Generate warranty replacement orders and coordinate delivery to customer site.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual warranty expense documentation.
• Review and issue RMAs; close RMAs on receipt of goods.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure conformance with procedures and QMS.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service to improve quality.
• Support SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation per ISO standards.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to warranty and quality issues.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Engineer.
